i train 5 or 6 days a week on a 3 day split, if i start to ach to much do cardio only for a week
battling it as we typedrinkiing heaps of water poping vit c sudafed drinking oj at work {its free} trained yesterday had today off
"......and you havent eaten for hours due to work conditions....."never happen i work at a catering facility if i had to a BIG MAC
