I do 'something' every day.... I 'need' the fix , heavy weights at least 4 times a week for the major body groups, light wieghts or sub groups 2-3 tim...
Dont train sis , just get better first - seriously , dont even think about training till you feel 100% only do yourself harm.

Just work it around your 3 main meals , breaky , lunch & dinner . Add say 3-4 healthy snack meals and maybe a couple of shakes . bingo ! 3000+ cal...
