I was wondering if any of you have used T-3 and if so, what do you take with it as far as losing weight and toning goes? Is it good to take clen with it, etc?

i don't recommend women taking t3, women are more prone to thyroid conditions as they get older....

if you are insistent upon using t3 I would recommend a low dose cycle....25mcg's....ed for 2-3 weeks

I didn't know that about T-3. Is there anything that is good out there for weight loss other than the usual hydroxycut, etc?

well I'm not sure what your diet and training is like....sometimes a change in diet will give your metabolism the bump it needs.... are you sure you're taking in enough protien.....

any thermogenic, or perhaps clen.....could help......you can try novladex 10mg 2x day but Id' advise not to run it more then 2-4 weeks at a time...

I agree with PMS. Try uping your protein and lowering your carbs first. Just playing around with your diet could be the trick. How about posting your daily diet so we help you better. Sometimes others could spot where the problem is before you do. And the girls here are very helpful!

I agree w/ both Patience and PMS. Try diet and exercise first and see where that gets you. I really like the NYC I just got - not jittery at all and is supressing my appetite. You might try that out as well.

I did t3 a couple of times. It worked great. Didn't have much of a rebound. I believe I lost about 11-12 pounds over a 3 week period and gained maybe 2 of it back. I did take clen with it. I don't think the clen helped me. I think it just made me jittery and made my hands shaky. One time I used the clen and one time I didn't and had the same results.

DQ, women are prone to thyroid problems, the thyroid stops functioning properly.....more likely it slows down.....or goes into hyper drive....either way it's not something you want to happen....
