Has Anyone of you guys tried the max's WPI weight gainer.. ..
Anyone of you guys buy your protein from Evelyn Faye Nutrition in melb? They have 10% everything storewide tomorrow So I am gonna be shopping for a new brand of WPI weightgainer. I currently use Designer Whey.. I think my body has a problem with WPC products.. i usually feel bloated and produce enough gas to light up a little town.
ooh.. one more thing.. I have never take BCAAs tabs before but i've been told that i should add this to my diet.. Where can i buy this real cheap?
Is there anything else that I should buy at the shop tomorrow to get me through a 12 - 16 week weight gain cycle..

if so L'glutamine i have found helps recovery.
I personally like the Max's WPI from around 3 years ago. It may have changed since. I love the 'dorian yates approved' shakes in Vanilla, and i'm currently trying the Bio-nutrics powder, designed by our own Chritine Envall. No bloats and mixes in a tuppaware shaker, with cold water.
Explode ,also try discount health on Chapel street, will almost def be cheaper even with everlyn fayes 10% discount.

yeah .. I am clean.. won't be for long if i can my hands on some stuff.. .. uhmm yeah... i've already tried bio nutrics.... but its fairly expensive compared to max's or bodyripped... bodyripped used to be my favourite till they raised the price and dropped the weight of their 5 kg tubs to 4 kg tubs and charged the same retail for it..
Hey guys M&M; Fitness in Brisbane also do the 10% discount off on the First wednesday of the month. His Max's WPI goes for around $125 less another 10%. Also theres another good one by Southern Blue, SP-2...it's a WPI/Casien mix. Goes for about $140 for 4kg and tastes pretty good.
you guys will love to hear this.. went to evenlyn faye.. took ten minutes to decide what i wanted .. and bought 4 tubs of max's wpi choc.. got my 10% discount... also bought some BCAAs ... walk up to londsdale st... where i parked my car... and guess what.. I find a $100 parking ticket for parking in a loading zone.. how fucked is thaT!
That sucks Explode, try living in brisbane, pretty much no street parking up here. If you want to stop at a inner city store have to pay 7-10$ for a stupid parking building. And the public transport sucks...
If it wasn't for the weather and beaches would move back to Melb in a flash.
