Eating can often be a phycological crutch. "I have to eat or i can't train properly"
yesterday due to work i ate three chicken breast fillets and a 6 spoons of penut butter for the whole day. Today i had a ripper arm workout with a massive pump.
if i was to eat like that on a regualr basis i WOULD run in to trouble but one day? Naaah! suck it up go hard, eat up tommorow.
Sorry bro but I live in the real world and all you are asking is for someone to say "OK Eat Junk Food". In my world I would be able to make it to Backyard Burger. I would buy two chicken sandwiches, one bake potato, and diet soda. Make good nutrition happen. If Mics was all there was I would not eat. I do not want to have to work it off later. tentitan

i can remember only about 3 weeks ago when i had my 3rd child, id been at hospital for 3 days waiting with my wife and hadnt trained even though i was ending my cycle around then (last shots) i decided to sneak up to the gym to do chest and even though i didnt eat so good, felt kinda grumpy i actually powered that workout like a madman!
did 160kg bench for the 1st and only time ever (2 reps) and was wrapped.

I always go to the supermarket and buy oats, yogort and tuna
then I can make a meal out of that if I am on the run
but If there was nothing but McDonalds around and I had a big workout to do, I would not touch the McD's and wait another day for the workout.
McD's has the shittiest nutrient quality and I'd probably feel like shit eating it and during the workout.
