The doses I typed are correct. If 500mg is too much, go with 400, if 400mg of deca is too much, go with 300mg.

Now, if you don't like this advice, don't ask and do what you want. You obviously know more than we do with that reply.

relax ItalianMan. you have 2 mods and a vet giving the same good advice. I would listen to them. what they proposed is a standard first cycle advocated here as well as other places.

I'd do deca/test at least 12 weeks since deca has such a slow kick in time and kick start with 25-50mg dbol or 50-100mg anadrol ed for week 1-4.. get some nolva just in case and run nolva for pct starting 4 weeks after last inject of deca.. I'd be surprised if you needed hcg with these doses..
