I'm 5'9", 138 lbs, and trying to bulk
Just wanted to know what you guys might think is a good first cycle that won't be to hard on the body.
trying to get to 150lbs for now
I feel you could still gain quite a lot just from eating more (esp protein) and lifting more (not too hard on the body either... LOL)...
How is your diet right now and how long have you been lifting?

u should be up to at least 160 before u start AAS
eat more and take some good supplements, u can gain alot with proper diet and training
