how many bottles of 1-ad conisist of a full cycle(do u take bottle to next bottle without stopping) and would it hurt to double the dose...and if anyone took a full cycle what was the results like

In most cases the amount you must take to get results from prohormones is almost rediculous. I was on 1200mg ED of 4 diol and Nor Diol, teeter stacked. The only ''real'' gains I made was acne. The reason manufacturers suggest the doses that they do, is so that the supplements have little to no side effects. Kind of like me suggesting you do 100mg of test a week...wouldn't do crap.
You can bet that you need atleast 800-900mg/week of 1-AD to see any results worth while.
and yes, the cycle I did of prohormones was before I touched any gear...which brings me to this. You have made the plunge to take risks already, you will find yourself here like I did and turning to the dark side.
