U can use GRAVES or EVERCLEAR 190-proof alcohol drinks, but it takes 2 days to dissolve everything. I

in my desire to find a magic solvent a few years ago I tried ethanol it dissolved well but separated into 2 layers when mixed with oil and filtered tried shaking it and it rapidly settled out into two layer even in the syringe.

Get your hands on a copy of Lange's, Merck, or the CRC (standard chemistry references) and you will see that some things are soluable in one substance and not in another -- moreover the solubility varies. I have read Da**d's stuff and the science is solid (I am a chemical engineer)
