Are you sure it's actually scar tissue and not just a hard area due to the funky BA levels?
I find when the swelling goes down from a nightmarish BA shot, that I'm still left with the feeling that someone has inserted a cresent shaped BONE in my glute. I reckon it'll dissappear once you're exclusivly back on primoteston rather than the gear with higher BA. (not bagging ** gear fellas, it's just that primoteston contains no BA whatsoever)
Tiny, That is for heloid scarring and external scarring. Such as the removal of scars from stiches etc. I used Cici-Care for that.
What were talking about is deep lumps inside glutes. No visible scarring, just solid tissue formation.

That 18 gauge idea is gonna cause more scar tissue than ever before LOL
Get your self a mouse orbital sander (the triangle pad type) and make a cloth cover for it and get your partner to push it into the scar tissue when turned on and massage it. Works great as a vibrater also just use a thicker cloth cover.

he said hes been using primoteston so thats not really an issue, but regarding the ** stuff. most is now BA lowered but not all as we all know the fina/prop and susp/prop are absolute killas for most of us!

LOL - ya know what, I've been looking for an excuse for the missus to spend the money on one of those little things, I can't find anything needed to be sanded, YET. Evertime we go to Bunnings or Hardwarehouse it's like she puts blinkers on me and directs me where to go, yet when I go somewhere for Her, ahhh, that's a different story isn't it!

I had LOTS of this as part of my rehab after having surgery to repair a torn pec. The physio used to use a couple of chinese soup spoons with this gel-stuff (looked like KY to me ) and massge the livin' daylights out of it.
Hurts like a bitch but the healing result from the injury is much better than I had hoped for.

pecs are "white fibre" muscles aren't they ?
What other muscles are white fibre ? - calves, biceps ?

All muscles are made up of both white and red. Slow twitch and fast twitch.
